Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt, including Cairo, Giza and Alexandria.

Delivery time and cost

Delivery time depends on your governorate; our team confirms it with you after you order. The delivery fee for your address is shown at checkout before you place your order. Free-delivery offers, when available, are shown on the website and in your cart.

Payment

Pay cash on delivery when your order arrives, or pay online where available at checkout.

Order confirmation and tracking

After you order, you'll receive a confirmation by email. Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the address and delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you'll get an update with the courier's details when available.

Receiving your order

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or missing, contact us within 48 hours (see our Refund policy).

Pick up in store

You can also visit any of our branches in Al Ahram, Giza, Maadi, 6th of October and Imbaba.
